Good Afternoon,

I've created a scheduled task to run once that a day that goes through and disables accounts older than 12 weeks and sends a ticket to the helpdesk to see if deprovisioning is required. However, when I ran this task it ended up running our deprovisioning custom command alongside every user it found that was inactive. I can't seem to figure out how or why this happened when looking at the task and custom command.

Hello,

Can you post here or send us a screenshot of your Scheduled Task?

Hello,

It looks like your Custom Command is executed by a Business Rule that was triggered by the task. To check this, view the Management History of the user on whom the Custom Command was executed.

To do so:

  1. Open the Management History of the user. For information on how to do this, see the following help article: http://www.adaxes.com/help/?Logging.Vie ... story.html.
  2. Double-click each action executed by the Scheduled Task to view its properties.
  3. In the Log Record Properties window, view the Operation execution log section to see which Business Rules were triggered by the Scheduled Task.

This is for license purposes and we do not want them visible in the Adaxes portal.
