Hello

Q1:

When a user (on the WebUI) cancels a pending request, he recieves a mail notification, saying that he (just) cancelled a request ?!?
Hmmmm.... How can we "route" the "cancelled" mail notification to the given approvers instead ?

------

Q2:

How do we programmatically read the following licensing variables:

1 - "Total number of enabled, not expired and not restricted user accounts in all managed domains"
2 - "Maximum allowed number of enabled and not expired accounts"

------

- Thanks
