Is there a way to allow users to either answer the self-service reset questions OR get an SMS/Email verification?
I can see how to set a policy for either one, but is there any way to enable an end user to choose which to use?
Hello,
No, that can't be done.
Too bad. That would allow some useful flexibility.
Are you wanting a user to select on the fly for SMS or questions, or are you wanting users to select what policy they are in?
I was thinking on the fly.
I also hope selection can be done. So user will have flexibility.
We are trialing Adaxes and are wondering the following two things are possible. Is it's possible to have the order of Authentication methods adjusted ? Is it possible to import an ... 't look to exist, but would it be viable to add them as feature requests ?
We don't have access to an SMS gateway, so we wanted to enable email verification for self-service password resets. Unfortunately the interface only appears to allow the ... to make the user enter such a 'rescue' email address during self-service enrollment?
Hi, I am setting up the self password reset service. I have the security questions working fine but am having trouble with the SMS part. I'm getting an error "Mailbox ... email and it went through fine. Any idea? Attached a picture of my settings. Thanks
is it possible to allow a user to enroll for both options, or even only one option out of the two available? I would like to give my users the choice to use either. Some users may not want an authenticator, but other's might do.
Is there anyway we can get an Adaxes administrator to be able to access the security the questions and answers from the “Password Self-Service Policies” portal for our users?
