Will a user get an email from Datashield(Lumifi) for failed password change attempts?

User received email from Lumifi and wanted to verify if legit or if this is not from Adaxes?

To check whether an email was sent by Adaxes, you can view the corresponding logs. The following tutorial should be helpful: https://www.adaxes.com/help/ViewOperationsPerformedViaAdaxes.
