Is there a way to send alerts by SMS when a user is added to a group?

Yes. You can create a Business Rule that will send SMS messages when users are added to a group and assign this rule to the AD group or groups you need.


Please, take a look at the tutorial Send E-mail on Adding Members to Specific Groups
It describes how to create a Business Rule that is executed after a member is added to a group.

Be sure to configure SMS Settings for your Adaxes service (for instructions, see online help topic Configure SMS Settings).

Hello, I am attempting to configure a business rule that adjusts an adaxes custom property of a user, upon that user being added/removed from a group. I cannot seem to ... (like username, office, description, email, etc.) but not so much on custom attributes.

Can't add on-prem users to Azure AD group

We have a Hybrid enviroment where our On-Prem AD is leading. We also have cloud only groups. Now I need to give key users rights to manage the memebership of the cloud ... cannot select the On-Prem domain. The option is greyed out. Am I missing something?

Reset users password and send it on SMS

Hi, In a previous installation of Adaxes, we were able to reset users passwords, and send it automatically by SMS to the user. When we try to do the same in Adaxes 2018. ... when we reset a users password. A similar SMS works just fine when we create the user.

Custom Command - Send SMS to all users

Hello, I am trying to give the helpdesk a method of alerting all users in the organization of a service interruption via SMS or email. I was able to create a custom command ... users in an ALL USERS ad group of some sort. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
