I have a web view set up where the user is locked down to only seeing thier approvals. When they get a email notification, and click on the approve or deny link, I get this error:image.png However in the configuration web tool I have this set: image.png I do not hae a security role defined for these users as they will not need access to manage anything in Adaxes just approvals. I don't see a permission that would grant this access but I am wondering if there is something I am missing.

Hello,

The behavior is not related to security roles and permissions. The issue occurs because the Web interface you are taken to when attempting to process an approval request does not have the Approvals component enabled. Make sure that the Web interface you are checking the settings for in the Web interface configurator is the one you are taken to when processing requests. Also, you can check/change the URL of the Web interface being used following the steps from this article: https://www.adaxes.com/help/RegisterWebInterface.

Salutations, We have an Adaxes server that we use that was setup by someone whom is no longer with us. There is a section in the web interface that a standard user uses ... standard users fill out on one of the web pages Adaxes has setup in IIS. Suggestions?

Currently, when I disable a user account in Adaxes, the group memberships of the user remain intact. I'd like to automate the removal of group memberships such as distribution ... a list of groups/DL that the user was previously in and removed from. Thanks!

To the left of the user object there are several custom commands showing. I don't want our service desk to see them. Why are they showing? How do I remove them. Must be something simple. They only see these when looking at a user Object.

Hi, I recently upgraded Adaxes from 2021.1 to 2023.2, and after the upgrade, an LDAP filter for retrieving the groups a user is owner of, stopped working. The reason ... attribute instead, like this: It works, but sadly it is quite slow. Best regards Martin
