We are trying to create a custom command to create a new network share folder and offline PST file for new users. Do you have any documentation to start our process with>

Could you specify, what you mean by offline PST file exactly?

Our users currently get an PST file hosted on the network where they can place the old emails they need to hold onto. Creating the network share is the more important part as we may be switching to a better email solution soon.
