Export member list from dynamic group

How do I go about getting an export of users that are assigned to a particular dynamic group?

The existing export rules don't seem to do the trick. It only pulls info about the group itself.
Of those users in the dynamic group, i would like to also report on those that have been licensed for O365

Trigger action after removing from group, unless member of another group?

Is it possible to trigger an action 'after removing a member from a group' unless that member is a member of another group? For example I have two security groups: 'DS Senders' and ... 'DS Senders' but not if they are a member of 'DS Viewers', and vice versa.
