We use TOPdesk as our ITSM solution. Several departments are able to create new users. When a create user task fails we would like to receive the alert as the Adaxes Administrators. What we would like to do is: or check the logfile every x minutes and when a error or warning is created fire a topdesk api powershell script to create an alert, or when an alert, error or warning is triggered we would like Adaxes to sent out the incident to our TOPdesk.

Is there a solution for this?

Hello,

It can be done using a business rule triggering After creating a user. If the operation fails the rule will execute your script. The business rule will look like the following: image.png

This is for failed or suspended. Is this also for warnings?

Hello,

This is only for failed. Suspended is dedicated to operations submitted for approval so there is no need to do anything in this case.

So no option for Warnings. Is a warning step a failed step in business rules?

Hello,

The condition is met only if the operation itself fails. It does not depend on the actual reason.

I would like users to use Adaxes to add themselves or others to a group, but instead of it just working, it has to go thru an approval process and be approved by the group owner before they are added. Thanks!
