Administration Console

I'm looking to use AdAxes as a way for new user creation. I'm not familiar with the software, but we have it installed for users, however I cannot seem to find the admin console to do the user creation. Does that need to be installed separately or am I missing something?

I'm not familiar with the software, but we have it installed for users, however I cannot seem to find the admin console to do the user creation.

To launch Adaxes Administration Console:

1. Click Start.
2. Type Administration Console.
3. Press Enter.

By the way, it is recommended that only administrators use Administration Console. Other users (e.g. Help Desk) can use Adaxes Web Interface for this purpose. It is a web-based console that can be run in any web browser without installing anything on the users' computers. To launch it:

1. Click Start.
2. Type Web Interface.
3. Click the Web Interface you need.

Does that need to be installed separately or am I missing something?

The default installation includes Adaxes Administration Console and 3 default Web Interfaces: Web Interface Administrators, for Help Desk an for User Self-Service. If you selected all options by default, you don't need to install anything else.

I found it in the C:\ProgramFiles... doesn't work with Windows Search.

1. What version of Windows is installed on the computer where the Administration Console is installed, including service packs, if any?
2. Did you sign in using the same credentials as the ones you used during Adaxes installation?
3. Could you send us a screenshot of what you see after following these steps?

   • Type Administration Console.
