In our company we have rules, if the function is equal to, for example, HR, then the user is added to those groups. Now we have users who work 20% HR and 30% accounting. How can this be managed? I think adding the group will be less problematic. However, deleting... for example, there are both functions in the group zz_test. now this person works 50% in HR and no longer in accounting, i.e. all accounting groups must be deleted. Since both are in the group, the group is deleted and so this group is missing. My question now is, do you have any ideas on how to handle duplicate, triple, etc. functions?

Thank you a lot

Hello,

First of all, if user property values can be used to determine the required group membership, you can consider the possibility of using rule-based groups. For details, have a look at the corresponding section of the following tutorial: https://www.adaxes.com/help/AddUsersToGroupsByDepartment/#dynamicgroups. If using rule-based groups does not suit you, please, clarify what you mean by function and specify how exactly you determine to what groups the user should be added/removed.
