Hi team,

within a leaver form a admins can select who should be granted full access to a leavers mailbox. I store this information in %adm-CustomAttributeObjectMultiValue1% and set access via action: image.png

However only the first value/user of the attribute is used.

Is this by design? How can we achieve, every stored user is taken into account?

Hello,

The behaviour is by design and using a value reference will not work in this case. You will need to use a PowerShell script. To achieve the desired, you can update Script 2: Grant Full Access permission from the following article to use a property instead of a custom command parameter: https://www.adaxes.com/script-repository/grant-send-on-behalf-of-permission-s667.htm.

Will give it a try - thanks!
