Hello,

It is possible and usually works just fine. However, Microsoft do not guarantee proper operation of installed software after in-place upgrade of Windows OS. As such, it is recommended to take the following steps:

  1. Back up Adaxes configuration: https://www.adaxes.com/help/BackupRestoreConfiguration.
  2. Uninstall Adaxes from the server.
  3. Perform the Windows OS upgrade.
  4. Install Adaxes on the server.
  5. Restore Adaxes configuration.
  6. Activate your license key: https://www.adaxes.com/help/ActivateLicenseKey.
