Hello,

Yes, to modify the text of the SMS message containing the verification code:

  1. Launch Adaxes Administration Console.
  2. Navigate to Configuration/Password Self-Service and select Policies.
  3. Double-click the policy in the Result Pane.
  4. Enter the required text into the Message field.
  5. Click OK and save the changes.

Is there a way to allow users to either answer the self-service reset questions OR get an SMS/Email verification? I can see how to set a policy for either one, but is there any way to enable an end user to choose which to use?
