The password self service at windows login works on windows 10 but not windows 11.

Question

We have followed your instructions to set up the password self service and we got it to work on windows 10 but the link does not show up on windows 11. is there something we can do to get the link to show up?

For troubleshooting purposes, please, provide us with the following:

• A screenshot of the Multi-server environment dialog. The dialog displays how many Adaxes services you have and what their versions are. For information on how to view it, see https://www.adaxes.com/help/MultiServerEnvironment.
• The version of the Adaxes Self-service client you are using. To check that:
  1. On the computer where the client is installed, open Windows Start Menu.
  2. Type run and then press Enter.
  3. Type appwiz.cpl and then press Enter.
  4. In the list of installed programs, locate Adaxes Self-Service Client.
  5. The client version will be displayed in the Version column.

Hi there,

we got the same problem here. My client version is 1.3.7807.0 on both OS, Win 10 and Win 11. We are running Windows Enterprise, latest patch level.

On Windows 11 we receive the following message. It means something like: Stack overflow at line 1

Followed by these messages.

Sorry my client OS is german.

Seems not to be an individual problem.
