Hi, I try to put template users creation in place (cf http://www.adaxes.com/tutorials_WebInte ... eation.htm) Evrything is OK but i'm trying to restrict the target OU display with LDAP filter. which is OK and return my 2 OU, but in the web interface there no OU shown at all. When i try without the : "When selecting te target OU or container, diplay only objects that match the specified LDAP filter" i can see all my OU in the web interface, so is not not a read acces issue... Where can i look ? Best regards
Nevermind, i've found the solution : parent OU have to be in the scope to be shown in the tree view !
Just recently built a new server, installed 2025.1, and restored configuration from a backup of our other server running 2023.2. I updated the web interface address in ... d6d4f3bd7654 and I'm able to approve/deny from that interface without issue. Any ideas?

We have an inactive user task which runs daily that disables accounts after 30 days of inactivity. We had an example yesterday of a user account which had been disabled ... Are you able to provide any explanation of how this could have happened? Regards Andy
