setup Email notification for password

I am trying to enable the email notification for user password expiration. We use O365 and I have setup the Mail Settings but I get the following error:
The SMTP server requires a secure connection or the client was not authenticated. The server response was 5.7.57 SMTP; Client was not authenticated to send anonymous mail

What am I missing?

Hello,

Could you post here or send us a screenshot of your Mail Settings? To take a screenshot:

  1. Launch Adaxes Administration Console.
  2. Right-click your Adaxes service node and click Properties in the context menu.
  3. Activate the Mail Settings tab. Take a screenshot and send it to us. We need something like the following:
