We are experiencing an issue that sends 4-5 notifications out after certain business rules run. We would like to see a delay before sending the notification to allow all rules and commands to run before sending that way just one email goes out.

Hello,

There is no possibility to apply the delay. You need to change the workflow so that only one notification is sent. Most probably you will need to use a PowerShell script. If you provide us with all the possible details on the desired scenario, we will help you with the solution.
