Is there a standard list of web interface error codes with a map to their meaning?
Unfortunately, there is no such list.
Does the user need to be logged in to complete the approval?
Users can process approval requests after login or directly from the approval email (if the Approve and Deny buttons are enabled).
Where do I look up the meaning of the error codes they receive?
