User was approved to join group but he was not added.

The user used the self service portal to request to join a new Group, The Manager click the approve button and logged in.

In the logs it shows the manager clicked the approve to approve the group join.

the User that requested the join is still not in the group.

No errors.

Hello,

First of all, it might take up to several minutes for the operation to be executed after the request is approved, depending on the number of pending approval requests. For information on how to check the number of all pending approval requests, have a look at the following help article: https://www.adaxes.com/help/AllPendingApprovalRequests. If the number exceeds 1000 requests, it is recommended to process pending requests.

However, if the user was not added to the group within 10 minutes after the request is approved, for troubleshooting purposes, please send us a full copy of the Adaxes event log in the EVTX format at support@adaxes.com. For information on how to view the log, have a look at the following help article: https://www.adaxes.com/help/ServiceEventLog.

I sent you guys the event viewer log. Doesnt look like anything happened around that time. It is a shame your product does not support inplace upgrades.

Regarding in-place upgrades, yes, you are correct, they are not supported. To upgrade Adaxes, you need to uninstall the old version and install the new one. For more details about the upgrade process, have a look at the corresponding section of the installation guide: https://www.adaxes.com/help/InstallationGuide/#upgrade. However, the feature is in our TODO list.
