Hello,

For troubleshooting purposes, please, do the following:

  • Send us (support@adaxes.com) a screenshot of the Multi-server environment dialog. The dialog displays how many Adaxes services you have and what their versions are. For information on how to view it, see https://www.adaxes.com/help/MultiServerEnvironment.
  • Enable tracing of requests sent to Exchange servers, reproduce the issue and send us the log file. For information on how to enable the tracing, have a look at the following help article: https://www.adaxes.com/help/EnableExchangeRequestLogging.
  • Send us a screenshot of the error.
