I send support a few emails about my licensing, and I haven't heard back. I can't upgrade until I get this resolved.

I contacted support yesterday and got a replay today at 2AM. I think much of their team is based out of the Ukraine.

Hello,

We usually reply to support tickets within 24 hours on business days. Tickets related to licensing are forwarded to Sales Department and are not processed by our Support Team.

Hello,

Could you provide us with the ticket number and the email address from which it was opened?

Also, as it was mentioned in our previous post, requests related to licensing are processed by our sales Department which is not available via forum. You need to contact them at sales[at]softerra.com.

Hello,

It's been a week now without any reply to my email or support ticket.

Our Sales Department sent you a link to download the license key yesterday and re-sent it today. As we can see, neither of the links was used to download the key. Most probably, the emails got into the Spam/Junk folder. Please, give it a check.
