Is there a script to remove all O365 licenses except the ones that are inherited? Currently the automation is working, it's removing the licenses (except the ones that are inherited) but it comes back with an "error" "user license is inherited and cannot be removed". If that is not possible, is it possible to remove the error from the task report? tx

Hello,

Do we understand correctly that you mean the Microsoft 365 licenses that are assigned automatically based on group membership? If that is correct, there is no built-in functionality to skip such licenses or suppress the corresponding errors. As a workaround, you can use the Modify properties option of the Activate or modify Microsoft 365 account action. In this case, you can explicitly specify the licenses to be revoked. image.png
