We're on Adaxes 2026.1 - v3.18.25007.

We're seeing duplicate/wrong entries when viewing or modifying a user's calendar permissions via Exchange → Delegation → Calendar access. The same delegate shows up multiple times in the list. This is occurring for multiple users. Adaxes2026-08-19_14-43-43.jpg

We've rebooted the Adaxes servers with no change.

We want to know:

Is this a known issue? Would updating to Update 4 - v3.18.25229 resolve it?
