We're on Adaxes 2026.1 - v3.18.25007.

We're seeing duplicate/wrong entries when viewing or modifying a user's calendar permissions via Exchange → Delegation → Calendar access. The same delegate shows up multiple times in the list. This is occurring for multiple users. Adaxes2026-08-19_14-43-43.jpg

We've rebooted the Adaxes servers with no change.

We want to know:

Is this a known issue? Would updating to Update 4 - v3.18.25229 resolve it?

Hello,

We are able to reproduce the issue in our test environment. Looks like Microsoft made some changes on their side which cause the behavior. We will perform the corresponding tests to see what needs to be done from the Adaxes side. Unfortunately, there is no workaround we can suggest. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hello,

Microsoft got back to us stating they reverted the changes on their side which fixed the issue. We confirmed that in our testing environment. Please, restart Adaxes service on all the computers where it runs and check whether the issue persists.
