When we try to upgrade Adaxes to 2026.1 its asking to remove the present version 2025.1. We would like to know if we uninstall & install 2026.1 do we lose our configurations & Scripts ?

Adaxes does not support in-place upgrades. You need to back up your current configuration, uninstall the version you are using, install the new version, and then restore the backup. For upgrade instructions, have a look at the corresponding section of the installation guide: https://www.adaxes.com/help/InstallationGuide/#upgrade. Additionally, make sure you have a copy of the Adaxes license file before the upgrade. Unfortunately, there is no possibility to extract an activated license key. If you do not have a copy, you can contact your Account Manager at sales@softerra.com and request sending you the latest license key.
We're going to be upgrading and Im wondering if there's any caveats we should be aware of in such a major version jump. We have 2 backend servers and 2 frontend servers.

We are attempting to update from 2021.1 version 3.14.20916.0 to the most current version - 3.14.21404.0. We have two servers in a multiserver configuration once ... Adaxes Service reverts to the previous server that no longer exists and displays the error.
