I would like to send an email to users every 2 days if they do not have a photo in the system yet.

I've tweaked the 'Users without photo' report to exclude service/other accounts that will never get photos, so can I use the results of this report to send the reminder emails?

Ideally I could also cc their manager (I did add the column to the report).

Hello,

Unfortunately, there is no such possibility. As a solution, you can create a Scheduled Task that will send the notifications and include only the required users into the Activity Scope of the task. The Scheduled Task will look like the following:

For information on how to create Scheduled Tasks, have a look at the following tutorial: https://www.adaxes.com/tutorials_Automa ... gement.htm.

I reorganized my target users so only those who would need photos are in a particular OU/subtrees. Now when I tried to add the condition to the scheduled task 'If <property> <relation> <value>' as you show above, I can't find picture/photo or any field like that in the list.

Disregard my above post. I recreated the scheduled task in a user context instead of ou context.
