A few questions:

1. When do you expect to be able to "publish" the administrative log? Right now, only the administrator can run reports from the console. It would be very helpful to be able to have auditors view this information directly.

2. In the log, is there a method to easily identify the workflow approval to the actual request? We see SID numbers and who approved the request, but it would great if it were easier to link this back to the original submitted request.

3. In the Approval Requests area of the console, there is currently no filtering available and the output count limit is 1000. This seems to limit the ability to find approvals that are not in the last 1000.

Thanks!

Hello,

You can actually delegate permissions to view the general service log to other users. See this Help section for details: http://www.adaxes.com/help/ManageSecuri ... alLog.html .

As an option, you can also get log entries using a script. See the Get Adaxes Log Records Using Script section of this Tutorial: http://www.adaxes.com/tutorials_ActiveD ... Adaxes.htm

Thank you for the suggestion. We'll think about implementing this feature in our future releases.

We'll fix this issue in our next release.

We'll be updating over 14K accounts with data (adding data to a virtual attribute) using a scheduled task but I don't want the updates to trigger Business Rules and flood the Adaxes log with entries. Is there an easy way to prevent this?
