When I view password change requirements in the web interface, it states that the password must be changed at least every 365 days. Can you tell me where this is coming from? My GPO does not have a maximum password age set.

Thanks

Ryan,

To troubleshoot the issue:

  1. Launch Adaxes Administration Console.
  2. In the Console Tree, Expand the service node that represents your Adaxes service.
  3. Right-click the domain where the user is located.
  4. Select All Tasks, then Configure Password Policies.
  5. Click Lookup policy for User.
  6. Double-click the user whose password you were trying to change.
  7. The Password Policy applied to the user will be highlighted. Double-click the policy to check the limitations applied within the policy.

That's the screen I was missing! Fantastic, thanks so much!
