Hi again.
Now I have finally kinda got Adaxes Web UI for Help Desk set up the way I want it(and much thanks to Eugene Pavlov for all the help by the way ;) ).

There are two requests I would like to make/ask.
1. The ability to pre-add users with member of in the initial create user form(I use a custom form). As it is now, we have to add user to groups(member of) after they are created(this is just very unintuitive for the end user).
2. We would love to be able to delegate "out of office" management to our reception. Any way this function would/could be implemented in the "nearest" future?

Anyway, this is a very powerful tool as it is now and with great support, but the above functions would make it impossible for my manager, to not buy a license straight away ;)

Hello,

The ability to pre-add users with member of in the initial create user form(I use a custom form). As it is now, we have to add user to groups(member of) after they are created(this is just very unintuitive for the end user).

This feature is already in our TODO list. We'll implement it in one of the nearest releases. Thank you for the suggestion!

This feature is currently under development. We are going to release it (along with other Exchange-related features) in November 2011.

Thank you very much.
This sounds very good and promising. Defiantly features I will await impatiently :)

On a side note. The way to exclude users, that should not be counted by the license is great. But it would be much better if we could exclude all users in OU's/Security groups, instead of only have to choose individual users too ;)

We decided not to implement this functionality because of performance issues.
As a solution you can schedule a script that will add users from a specific OU or members of a specific group to the list of unmanaged accounts.

On Approval Requests, in the web console, Initiator shows "N/A" instead of the custom command scheduled task. The admin console shows the custom command scheduled task though. Any way to fix that?
