When attempting to add an O365 license to an AD account via the Adaxes admin console, I noticed that it is missing some license types (e.g. Azure AD Premium P1). In addition to not being able to add the license to the account, this also keeps the deprovisioning job from removing the license for the missing license type from the account. Is there a way to configure Adaxes to pull all available license types from O365?

Thanks!

Hello,

You need to make sure that all the required office 365 licenses are enabled in the settings of the corresponding Office 365 tenant registered in Adaxes. For details, have a look at the following help article: https://www.adaxes.com/help/?HowDoI.PerformO365Tasks.ConfigureO365Plans.html.
