Hello, it is possible to install two different configurations of the adaxes service on the same AD domain, I am trying to have two different configurations to manage an environment with distinct development and production. The first configuration has the rules for development while the second for production

Thanks in advance Leonardo

Hello Leonardo,

Yes, it is possible. You will need to install the instances of Adaxes service on two different computers joined to the domain. As the services should have unique configurations, during installation, select the New configuration option. Additionally, you will need to have a separate license for each of the two services. For details about licensing/pricing, please, contact our Sales Department at sales[at]softerra.com.

Perfect! Thank you so much for the information. I installed a new instance on a new server, I select New Configuration however when I specify the service credentials it gives me this error.. the Account is in the service administrators (it is the same as the first installation)

Hello Leonardo,

The warning means that the domain of account whose credentials you are trying to use to log on to the Adaxes service is not registered in Adaxes. For information on how to register AD domains, have a look at the following help article: https://www.adaxes.com/help/?HowDoI.ManageActiveDirectory.ManageDomains.RegisterManagedDomain.html.
