Hello,

To configure the desired workflow, you can create a custom report and schedule it to be generated weekly. For information on how to create reports, please, have a look at the following tutorial: https://www.adaxes.com/tutorials_ActiveDirectoryManagement_CreateReport.htm. Scheduling of reports is described in the following tutorial: https://www.adaxes.com/tutorials_ActiveDirectoryManagement_ScheduleReports.htm.

Should you have any difficulties creating the report or scheduling it, please, clarify what value should be specified in the Manager column and we will get back to you with detailed instructions.
