Not sure what I'm missing...but when I view accounts or my acct for that matter in the Self-Service console, the Member of section (security group and distribution list) are empty. I tried adding the read permissions for group but no cigar.

In the SelfService portable users are able to edit some settings, but I don't want them to change their photo. They may view them only, how to accomplish this? I've searched through a lot off settings but was not able to find this one... With regards, Remco

had a weird issue this evening...when trying to authenticate via the web interface it reported "The LDAP server is unavailable."...nothing too crazy in the event logs... ... the server then ok...can we specify the LDAP? or ideas on troubleshooting going fwd?
