Customer Loyalty Program
Customer Loyalty Program is great for those happy Adaxes users who are eager to share their experience with the product. To save on your Annual Maintenance and Support renewal or license upgrade, please feel free to submit a Case Study showing how Adaxes helped you to overcome your AD network challenges.
All customers who submit a Case Study are qualified to receive preferred Customer Loyalty pricing for the renewal of their Annual Maintenance and Support coverage or for upgrade of their Adaxes license.
To apply, email stating you’re willing to complete a Case Study. Please include your Softerra Adaxes license ID in your email.
Softerra reserves the right to reject a Case Study submitted under this discount program if it does not match one of the below criteria.
Case Studies criteria:
The Case Study is the original and unpublished work.
The Case Study is presented in an intelligible fashion and is written in standard English, German or French.
The Customer warrants that the Case Study does not reveal any confidential or sensitive information and does not infringe on the rights of others.
The Case Study is written in sufficient detail.
By submitting a Case Study you grant Softerra the right to publish it on Softerra Adaxes website and/or use it as a reference for Softerra Adaxes.
