Hello,

When attempteing to edit the Softerra.Adaxes.Service.exe.Config file there is no listed allowedDomainControllers XML element in my file. According to the instructions below this element should already be in place. Perhaps I am to make that entry into the file?

http://www.adaxes.com/help/?HowDoI.ManageActiveDirectory.ManageDomains.SpecifyDCsForDomain.html

Thanks for your assitance!

Hello,

The XML element is present by default in the managedDomainSettings section. If it is currently absent, probably the element was removed manually. You can add it yourself to specify the domain controllers for Adaxes. If you have issues updating the file, please, send it to us (support[at]adaxes.com) and we will update it for you.
