I have have admin rights and am in the "Request Approvers" group. I have a dearth of old approval requests to delete. I saw I could not delete them until I denied them. I see all the requests, 20,692 of them, filtered by "All Requests" and "Denied" but get an error message when trying to delete any of the entries. Error message is as follows: "The approval request hasn't been processed yet. Please try again later." I have tried this numerous times to no avail using the Admin Console and have restarted Adaxes services to no avail. The icon to the immediate left of the request entry has the circle w/ the line through which I thought indicated the request had been denied. When I view "My Requests" any status the system says I have "No approval requests."

How can I delete these denied entries?

Thanks, Scott

Hello Scott,

When a request is approved, denied or canceled it takes some time for Adaxes service to actually process the request. The time required for the processing depends on the number of all existing requests. You mentioned that the number of all requests is 20692. This is a considerable number and given the above, it might take a considerable amount of time to process the requests that were denied recently. We suggest you to try deleting the denied requests in several hours. To avoid such situations in future you can do the following:

On Approval Requests, in the web console, Initiator shows "N/A" instead of the custom command scheduled task. The admin console shows the custom command scheduled task though. Any way to fix that?
