Can the Password Self Service statistics be presented to end users in a report?

The only way I have been able to find the information is in the Admin console ... I would like to be able to provide it to our Helpdesk as a report of some type.

Thank you.

Hello,

Yes, of course. You can pull the data using a PowerShell script and make an HTML or PDF report, for example. Then, you can create Custom Commands, to be able to generate the reports upon request, or Scheduled Tasks, to get the reports on a regular basis. For examples of such scripts, you can check our Script Repository:

We have a few password self-service policies mostly using the Microsoft Authenticator app but certain users need to use Questions instead. We have a single user that, in the admin ... mode to make sure it is not a cache issue. Your help is greatly appreciated!

I know I can set the "User must change password at next logon" flag, but noticed when I do that, they can no longer log in to Self-Service.

We have multiple secondary domains that are being managed by Adaxes. Everything seems to be working except self service portal login. We tested with our other secondary domains and those ... other than sign failed. What else can I look at to figure this out?
