HTML Password Self Service Invite and Password Reset emails

Hello,

I have a nice branded HTML email I'd like to use for the Self Service Invite and Self Service Password reset Emails.

Is it possible to use HTML in the test fields under Edit Policy? Or do I need to send an email using powershell somehow? The other email fields have a dropdown to select HTML or text so I'm guessing I can't but figured I'd ask rather than assume!

I know this post is old but I was hoping for some guidance on this.

As far as I can tell the only option is to send text based emails from the Password self service policies when the user still needs to enroll in password self service or they have successfully reset their password from the web. Is there a way to run a powershell script when a user needs to enroll in self service or when they reset their password successfully?

Does the Self-Service Password Reset option synchronize with Azure AD Password Self-Service?

When enrolling a user for self-service with Adaxes, does this qualify them to reset their passwords via Microsoft Online as well? A lot of our SaaS products use Microsoft ... policies? I.e. Security Questions setup with Microsoft Account, MFA etc. Thanks, Dean
