We would like to auto enroll our entire company into Adaxes for self service but do not want to use the question/answer format but instead their phone numbers (provided by HR department). Is this possible?
If a Password Self-Service policy effective for a user only has the Verification code via SMS enabled, there is no need to enroll users. All you need to do is specify mobile numbers in user accounts. They will get enrolled automatically.

Can we increase the number of users shown under My Team?
We are looking at Adaxes as a way to update user's passwords offline and updating the computer's cached password. Currently, a majority of our computers are off the network ... via the Internet. Is this a viable option? What issues are we not considering?
It would be great if we could run a report on an OU and get the following information: Computer Name Local Accounts Whether or not the account is an administrator ... this is less important. Thanks in advance. Your support team is great and appreciated.

Adaxes really needs this i.e. "Here's this list of 20 users can you add them to the Marketing group" - right now you have to do them one at a time which is a real kludge. I ... there's any timescale please? We're on 2013.2 if I'm just not seeing it. Thanks :)
