We are currently on 2015, we would like to upgrade to the lates version. Looking for documentation on the upgrade process.

Hello,

Have a look at the Upgrade section of our installation guide: https://www.adaxes.com/help/InstallationGuide/#upgrade. You can directly upgrade to the latest version. However, pay attention to the note in the beginning of the section. The license key should support the version you are upgrading to.

Finally, the steps will be as follows:

  1. Backup Adaxes service configuration.
  2. Backup Web interface configuration.
  3. Uninstall Adaxes.
  4. Install the latest version of Adaxes.
  5. Restore service configuration.
  6. Migrate Web interface configuration.
  7. Activate your license key.
