We upgraded to the latest version of Adaxes today but can no longer access the /AdaxesConfig web portal. Getting the error below -

What do we need to do to restore access?

Hello,

The error occurs because the URL is not correct. It should be access.hosting.local/AdaxesConfig without the extra Adaxes/ part. If following the URL still takes you to the current URL, make sure that there are no redirect rules configured in IIS for the web site that hosts Adaxes Web interface.

I tried two times to update our perfectly working Adaxes instance (2022.1) to the newest version. Update process doesn't show any errors. Same applies for restore of ... service is running fine, so there is clearly some problem with permissions/access. Thanks!

Hello, after upgrading to 2014.1 the web interface is throwing lots warnings pertaining to groups: Failed to build a list of groups, in which user 'Some.Person@domain.local ... very noisy with these warnings. :) Has anyone else experienced this? Any ideas?
