So if we change the flow on the exisitng deprovision script to the above, is there a way to set a retention policy tag to the converted mailbox? Our standard retention is 90 days.

Hello,

It can be done using the Modify Exchange properties action as well. For details, have a look at the following tutorial: https://www.adaxes.com/help/AutomateExchangeMailboxConfiguration. Example 5 – Assign a Retention policy is exactly what you need.
