Adaxes License for test environment

Hi,

We are currently considering spinning up a test environment for our Active Directory infrastructure, which includes Adaxes.

Can we use our existing Adaxes license for the test environment servers? Or do we need to request a separate license specifically for these test servers and domains?

Our current license covers 6,000 users, and we estimate that our test environment will have fewer than 100 users.

Could you please clarify the licensing requirements for test/development environments?

Hello,

The same license key can only be used for Adaxes services that share a common configuration. If you need a separate Adaxes instance, it must have a separate license key. For details about licensing test environments, please contact your Account Manager at sales@softerra.com. They will assist you.

Reset ADAXES Managed/Unmanaged Count for License Purposes

What is the easiest way to reset the license calculation for ADAXES back to say a new installation? We've unmanaged (manually) a number of accounts and we'd like to add ... that would allow us to simply "start over" in terms of licensing. Thanks in advance.

Can Adaxes be run and updated in a completely offline environment?

An environment that we wish to use Adaxes on is completely isolated with no access to the internet. Things can be downloaded from the internet and then moved ... offline environment? Can Adaxes be patched and upgraded in an offline environment? Many Thanks
