After connecting to Exchange Online, we can once again access the Exchange properties of users as usual. That works well.

However, we now have relatively long loading times when calling up users, creating distribution lists, and basically everything else. It can easily take 15-20 minutes.

Is there any way to check what is taking so much time here?

We are grateful for any ideas and suggestions.

Hello,

To help us troubleshoot the issue, please post here or send us (support@adaxes.com) the following:

  • A screenshot of the Multi-server environment dialog. The dialog displays how many Adaxes services you have and what their versions are. For information on how to view it, see https://www.adaxes.com/help/MultiServerEnvironment.
  • A screenshot of the Microsoft 365 tenant registered in Adaxes. Please ensure to include the Associated Directory Scope in the screenshot. To take the screenshot:
    1. Launch Adaxes Administration console.
    2. In the Console Tree, expand your service node.
    3. Navigate to Configuration/Cloud Services and select Microsoft 365.
    4. In the Result Pane on the right, select your tenant.
    5. Take a screenshot and send it to us. We need something like this: image.png

Hello,

Do we understand correctly that you had multiple Adaxes services sharing a common configuration, but you uninstalled all other services except one? If so, we still need a screenshot of the Multi-server environment dialog. It not only shows the number of services in a configuration set, but also their version. For information on how to view the dialog, see https://www.adaxes.com/help/MultiServerEnvironment.

Hello, No, we only have this one M365 link. But since we've had it, Adaxes has been very slow.

Hello,

Thank you for specifying. To troubleshoot the issue further, we need to know the Adaxes service version you are using (including the build number) and the number of the service in your configuration set. Please follow the instructions in this help article: https://www.adaxes.com/help/MultiServerEnvironment, take a screenshot of the Multi-server environment dialog, and post the screenshot here or send it to us (support@adaxes.com) via email.
