Issue with multiple Web Interfaces after 2013.1 upgrade

Hi,

we recently upgraded to version 2013.1. Everything was working fine. We have multiple websites and noticed, that on custom websites, newly created Active Directory filters do not work anymore. We get an error "The NAME OF THE OU object does not exist". It is a know error?

Hello Andreas,

Are you sure that you performed all the steps that must be performed during an upgrade? For a list of the necessary steps, see Upgrade to New Version. In particular, if you have custom Web Interface sites created in addition to the default 3 sites, pay attention to the 5th step that requires you to update the files in the folder for the custom Web Interface with files from one of the existing Web Interfaces (for Administrators, Helpdesk or Self-Service), and then reconfigure the custom Web Interface.

Warnings and Errors After 2014.1 Upgrade

Hello, after upgrading to 2014.1 the web interface is throwing lots warnings pertaining to groups: Failed to build a list of groups, in which user 'Some.Person@domain.local ... very noisy with these warnings. :) Has anyone else experienced this? Any ideas?

Performance Issue with 2018.1

Hello, we installed Adaxes on a clean Windows 2012 R2 system. Clean means there is no other software installed. After starting the Web interface configurator the screen hangs and ... time to get a cup of copy. Any advice how we can investigate this behaviour?
