We are utilizing the Helpdesk console and we're unable to add to groups. Access is denied.
I granted access for write member property on group objects as per doc, but getting access denied.

pls assist.

Hello,

The Access is denied error message means that, nevertheless, you didn't grant appropriate rights to manage the membership of the group. Can you post here or send us a screenshot of your Security Role, where the permissions and also the Assignment Scope of the Security Role would be visible?

Hello,

Yes, this is possible. You can do this with the help of the Add to Group Home Page Action. For information on how to configure such a Home Page Action, take a look at the section called Add to Group in Configure Home Page Actions. In Step 4 of the section, you will find information on how to allow users to select multiple groups.
