We are utilizing the Helpdesk console and we're unable to add to groups. Access is denied.
I granted access for write member property on group objects as per doc, but getting access denied.

pls assist.

Hello,

The Access is denied error message means that, nevertheless, you didn't grant appropriate rights to manage the membership of the group. Can you post here or send us a screenshot of your Security Role, where the permissions and also the Assignment Scope of the Security Role would be visible?

Hello,

Yes, this is possible. You can do this with the help of the Add to Group Home Page Action. For information on how to configure such a Home Page Action, take a look at the section called Add to Group in Configure Home Page Actions. In Step 4 of the section, you will find information on how to allow users to select multiple groups.

I'm setting up e-mail notifications when a group is created or deleted through Adaxes. One thing I'd like to include is what type of group is being created (Distribution, M365, ... I can use? Or do I need to go the Powershell route instead of just using email?

How can I email a newly created user's group membership?

Would it be best to use the standard Powershell to pull the user's group membership and can that be embedded in a notification email after a user is created? Or is there a variable that will do this that I seem to be missing.
