Hello,
How can I retrieve the mailbox usage of mailboxes as per the screenshots on your website and various online reviews?
I've not been able to find it.
Below is a screenshot of what I am looking for.

Thanks.

Hello,

This is available in the Web interface. To view mailbox usage statistics of a user:

  1. Login to Adaxes Web interface.
  2. Navigate to a a user that you want to view mailbox usage statistics of.
  3. Click on the user to view the user's properties.
  4. In the Exchange Properties section, activate the Mailbox Usage tab.

If you don't see the Exchange Properties section when viewing a user, see step 6 under Exchange Properties in the following tutorial: http://www.adaxes.com/tutorials_WebInte ... ewexchprop for information on how to add it.

Super! Thank you! I'm seeing it now.

Are there any mailbox size reports or would this be a feature request?]

Hello,

Currently, there is no such report in Adaxes, but for the next version we are going to completely rework the Reports subsystem, which will allow you to create custom reports on your own. Starting from the next version, it will be possible to create mailbox size reports.

For now, you can achieve this using a PowerShell script. You can create a script that generates a report on the sizes of the mailboxes you need in an HTML or CSV format and saves the report to a certain file share or sends it by e-mail. Also, you can create a Custom Command or a Scheduled Task executing the script to be able to run the report on demand or on a certain schedule.

To help you with the scripts, have a look at the following samples:

If you need more assistance with the script, we will help you.
