Is there a way for Adaxes to report once we are reaching our license limit within Adaxes e.g. when we reach 90% usage to send us an email? (if we have 1000 user license to get an alert when we have used 900)

Yes, it is possible. Please, take a look at this script from our repository: https://www.adaxes.com/script-repository/check-number-of-unused-user-accounts-allowed-by-adaxes-license-s292.htm.
