Is there a way for Adaxes to report once we are reaching our license limit within Adaxes e.g. when we reach 90% usage to send us an email? (if we have 1000 user license to get an alert when we have used 900)

Is it intended for Adaxes licenses count to include service accounts? Is it possible to flag service accounts so they do not count against our licenses or is there a place ... so they aren't counted, but of course aren't enabled for various Adaxes features?
